A good email, at its core, delivers the intended message to the intended audience. A great email functions well and looks good across a variety of environments and devices.
Email design is often approached in the same manner as web design, is over-simplified, or is even an afterthought. However, the 1-to-1 communication feel and the opportunity to constantly test and learn that is afforded by email should never be overlooked.
Each send, each modular template design comes as a result of many unique challenges, a good dig into the data, and a good sprinkling of experience and know-how.
